How service payments work
- 1. You and the caregiver agree the rate and schedule in ConnectCare messaging.
- 2. You pay through the platform. Funds are held until the visit is marked complete.
- 3. The caregiver is paid out to their local bank or mobile wallet, with a receipt for both sides.
ConnectCare facilitates introductions and payment only. The care contract is between the family and the caregiver, and liability for the services provided rests with those parties, not with ConnectCare.
